"Morning mist over the river"

The "Morning mist over the river" collection was created to bring back memories that each of us has in our hearts. Joy, melancholy, carefree and emotional - they are all beautiful.

Memories are one of the most precious things we could get from fate. They allow us to keep the memory of our adventures or moments of joy, and thanks to them, we are able to feel the same as before.

The main inspiration that accompanied me while creating it was the sunrise over the rivers. The Vistula, Bug, Bystra, Dnieper, Manzanares, Thames are rivers that I had the opportunity to admire. Each painting symbolizes one of them, its atmosphere and emotions that accompanied me when I walked along their banks. The golden thread symbolizes the rays of the rising sun.

The paintings were created in 2021. Two of the paintings took part in the collective exhibition "Feminine Side of Art" in Defabryka at the turn of December 2021 and January 2022.
